Do I need to be a member to work with a personal trainer?
You don’t need a long-term membership to start. Many people begin with a low-fee first session to meet a trainer and decide what suits them best.
Are personal trainers suitable for beginners?
Yes. Trainers work with complete beginners, people returning after a break, and experienced lifters. Sessions are adapted to your experience level.
Do I need to bring anything for training?
Bring comfortable workout clothes and training shoes. BBK Gym rents towels, sells water and other drinks, and offers free coffee at reception.
Can I choose my trainer?
Where possible, yes. Mention your preference when booking or speak with the gym team.
