Welcome to BBK Gym (also referred to as "BBK Boho Fitness"). By accessing this website or using our facilities and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

BBK Gym operates from:
4th Floor, 135 Dutugemunu Street, Kohuwala, Colombo, Sri Lanka

These Terms apply to:

• Use of the BBK Gym website
• Memberships, day passes, and promotions
• Personal training and related services

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Access to the gym is subject to operating hours, house rules, and capacity limits.
• BBK Gym reserves the right to refuse or suspend access for safety, misconduct, or rule violations.

• All membership and registration fees are payable in advance.
• Registration fees are one-time unless otherwise stated.
• Membership and registration fees are non-refundable once a membership has commenced, except where required by law.
• Prices, packages, and promotions may change with reasonable notice.

• Day passes and promotional offers are subject to availability.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• BBK Gym reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

• Members confirm they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
• Exercise carries inherent risks. BBK Gym is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or personal negligence.
• Advice provided by trainers is for general fitness guidance and does not replace medical advice.

• Personal training sessions must be booked in advance.
• Missed or late sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
• Trainer availability and assignment may change when necessary.

• BBK Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Lockers are used at the member's own risk.

BBK Gym may suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Breach of gym rules
• Unsafe or disruptive behaviour
• Misuse of facilities or equipment

BBK Gym may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or facilities indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
