  • Bring training shoes
  • No towel? Towels are available for rent

When you arrive

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early if it’s your first visit
  • Check in with the front desk or trainer
  • Enjoy a free coffee at reception if you’d like

During your visit

  • Water and other drinks are available for purchase
  • Ask questions — the team is friendly and approachable
  • Train at your own pace
